With Campaign Started, Strickland Takes Lead

David Potts - Posted on 23 February 2010

For weeks now we’ve all had to put up with Republicans shouting about John Kasich’s lead over Governor Strickland’s then dormant campaign, but no more. Now, with his campaign in full gear, Ted Strickland is back out in front in the polls.

A new Quinnipiac poll has Strickland beating Kasich 44% – 39%, and showing steady gains in approval on issues across the board.

So, would any Republicans care to join me in saying the polling this early doesn’t mean a thing? Or do we need to learn how to cook up some crow?

Will Brunner take the lead from Fisher? Will either Dem lead Portman???
