Who Is This Guy?

The man pictured above made quite a pest of himself at one of Jennifer Brunner’s recent speaking engagements at the Elyria YWCA Board Dinner.
Apparently this guy showed up outside of the closed door event YWCA fundraiser, planted himself just outside the room door, and proceeded to film Jennifer Brunner.
But wait, there’s more!
After some people complained about this mans odd behavior, he was asked to leave. He did, but he didn’t go far. The man was soon spotted just outside the building door, waiting for people to leave (as pictured above).
While my assumption would be that this guy is a tracker for the Lee Fisher campaign, that isn’t confirmed. So let’s hear it, does anyone know who this guy is?
Trackers aren’t uncommon, but it’s just bizarre when they act this creepy.
UPDATE: And now in the comments comes confirmation that Fisher does, in fact, use trackers on Jennifer Brunner.

He definitely looks more like a Republican. Just look at that sweater.
Also: Take your hands out of your pockets, guy. Larry Craig aside, Republicans aren't supposed to be that creepy.

We recently had Brunner at one of our meetings, and one of our members filmed it for the Fisher camp (where he's interning). That's at least confirmation that Fisher is tracking her. I doubt the ORP would spend money this early when it looks so unlikely Brunner will get the nomination. ------------------------------------------- Support your local College Democrats. don't read too much into this. my guess is that he's just someone from Lorain County with nothing better to do than stand around and look creepy. plenty of those types in Lorain/Elyria these days.
