Tough Night In Ohio

Let’s not sugar coat this, we lost some big races in Ohio tonight.

There was the major upset of Mayor Rhine McLin in Dayton for starters. I don’t know anyone who saw this coming. And we also lost Toledo, with Democrat Keith Wilkowski conceding to Independent Mike Bell.

But there is a silver lining. We did manage to elect some great local Democrats like Luke Scott and Jill Miller Zimon, who will become the next generation of Democratic leaders.

Oh ya, and the Tea Party crowd hand delivered the NY-23 House seat to us.
