Jim Parker gets the award for the best use of a prop during a campaign speech. During the primary race last year, Jim had a big plastic jug and asked his audience to ask what it was at the end of his speaking time. At the end, he held it up and said it was the Bush health care plan. You see them all over, at convenience stores and small business. it has the face of someone in the community who is very sick and needs some major medical car but has no insurance. Donations are put in the jug.
