Senator Spada Cares for Kids
Promoted from the forums. Nice to see Spada "lookin' out." -Jerid
Today during senate session, there was an interruption by the highway patrol alerting the building that a child was missing. Named Code ADAM, the alert that sounded informed key staffers to position themselves strategically in the building to ensure a child was not being assaulted or abducted. While the search for the missing child began, Senator Spada rose to speak about... internet service. He was advocating the benefits of increased cable service, and felt it necessary to put a missing child in perspective:
"We hope that this child is found; and we hope that he can take advantage of a better internet in the future." - Senator Bob Spada.
It's nice to see that abducted children and the telecom industry have a place in the senator's heart.
