Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner/ to Much Power

Are we sure that we want to give so much election ballot trust to our Secretary of State. I think that each board of elections should be held responsible for the count. Remembering how Blackwell was near destroying the ballots until ordered to stop by the court. It kind of makes you think. Other then showing history that GW Bush didn't win Ohio we have nothing to gain.
