Hamilton County Court Clerk Greg Hartmann is announcing that the additional fines that mount up when you don't pay a ticket off in time are waived for the next week.

this is of course something greg hartmann should know about, given that :
In 1988, Greg Hartmann was fined $135 for speeding and having an open container in a car. Not only did he choose to ignore the fine (which still remains today), he didn't show up for court either.
