OH-AG: The Boy Who Cried Pot Calling The Kettle Black

Good old Mike DeWine. Just four years after running one of the most embarrassing campaigns (marijuana laced banana anyone?) in recent history, he seems to think he has claim to the intelligence high ground.

James Nash, the Dispatch’s staff Republican hack, ran a brilliant piece Friday so elegantly titled “DeWine: Cordray's not so smart” where he reprinted Mike DeWine’s latest talking points attacking AG Richard Cordray’s intelligence.

DeWine, who’s hated by conservatives, has been trying to score points with loads of anti-healthcare rhetoric lately. He’s claiming that Cordray is mistaken about whether or not state efforts to repeal parts of the recently passed healthcare legislation are constitutional.

Of course, no where does DeWine mention that an effort to pass an anti-healthcare reform measure didn’t get anywhere close to enough support to even make it on the ballot.
