OH-15: We're LAST! We're LAST!

Well, folks, the Ohio 15th race is now officially the last House race to be decided in the country. That was sealed today when Democrat Charlie Brown conceded to GOP State Sen. Tom McClintock in the race in California's 4th Congressional in the extreme northeastern corner of that state.

How long will Steve Stivers' obstructionism and the Ohio Supreme Court delay the decision in the Ohio 15th?
