OH-15: Judge Rules Ballots Must Be Counted

In a huge boost to the Kilroy campaign, Federal Judge Algenon L. Marbley has ruled that around 1,000 contested provisional ballots must be counted.
Update: As pointed out in the comments, the judge issued an injunction against opening the ballots until the 29th to allow for an appeal. This means it will be even longer before we know who won this race.
this is getting assenine

Fighting over 1000 votes and this is set aside for the next week. Jesus can these "fiscally responsible" Republicans save the government some money and withhold their endless appeals?

More delay
Absurdly though, Marbley has allowed the Ohio GOP to further delay the count, with an injunction against counting the provisional votes until Nov. 29 while they appeal.
Just count the damn votes!
Without the injunction, Brunner could have cast a tie-breaking vote to begin the count immediately (the FCBOE was split 2-2 on party lines). Damschroder argued that Brunner would do so without the injunction. So Marbley ruled to protect Ohio voters from the Secretary of State?
Interestingly, Damschroder acknowledged that the vast majority of the provisionals are valid votes.
Here we are with valid Ohioan votes being tied up by GOP machinations, three weeks after election day, but supposedly the only threats to Ohio voters are to the two shills that the GOP put forward wringing their hands about "dilution" of their precious votes by fraud which exists only in their fantasies.
