OH-3: Joe Roberts Already Organizing Tea Party Boycott

While the site was down, I missed the fact that 3rd District Congressional Candidate Joe Roberts is already leading an effort to boycott businesses giving discounts and financial support to a Dayton area Tea Party group.

“We need to come together and show these businesses that if they want to donate to the Tea Party, then we as a community are going to stand up and say that we are going to take our business elsewhere. As consumers, we have great power. We can stand up and say that we refuse to support businesses that support a political platform that is against civil and human rights, living wages, and America’s working families.”

He’ll be holding an event tomorrow night (the 16th) at the Montgomery County Democratic Party Headquarters to discuss it. The event starts at 6 P.M.
