Ethical Justice O'Donnell

Ohio lawyers are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years, including a certain amount devoted to professionalism, ethics and substance abuse.  Today, the Ohio State Bar Association has offered a course called "The New Ohio Rules of Ethics", and the first seminar presenter is none other than Justice Terrence O'Donnell on "The New Model Rules and Why They Are Important to You". 

There is no indication whether he will address why he'd carry large wads of cash, and then not offer a decent explanation for carrying large sums after reporting the money stolen from his vehicle in the Flats.
