At best, all Pullins has proven is that Smith Education Enterprises is not in compliance with KSB 271B.5-010
Are we even sure of that? I read in the comments at aberrant equation that Kentucky law only requires that the registered agent have an office in Kentucky but not necessarily live there. She clearly is fulfilling that requirement.

I'm not licensed in Kentucky, but reading the statute, I think it would be inappropriate for Frances to be the statutory agent since she's not a resident of Kentucky. However, that's hardly anything to get worked up about like Pullins does.

"peddle" some coordinated rumours about why Ken Blackwell won't release his tax returns? It's fair game! And you know what? Most of our reasons would probably be true! He can always prove us wrong by releasing the just as all other gubernatorial candidates in recent history have done.

If you can construct believable stories with enough truth in them to smear somebody royally, boy, is there a pot of gold waiting for you in D.C. Spin doctors are nothing new in politics, but a certain type -- equal parts scriptwriter, opposition researcher and ruthless street fighter -- is increasingly in demand, and for good reason. Just ask John Kerry, the former Democratic presidential candidate who became the target object of a new verb: "swift-boating." - William Tripplett, Variety
Stevens Reed Curcio & Potholm has been hired or lent out to several campaigns, including Craig Foltin, republican candidate for the 13th.
Expect a "Swift Boat Summer".
damn, son.

When I first heard about the Strickland rumor, I thought
Scott A. Pullins, Esq. lies to Knox County.
