I caught this post over at Pho this AM, and this passage in particular caught my eye

Ed and Obf offers a mirage of free money in a state parched of education funding.

Is Ohio really parched of money for K-12 ?

It sounded right to me, we do hear that a lot, but I went to check where Ohio ranks compared to other states, and to say I was surprised is an understatement.
