Ney pleads guilty
Representative Bob Ney pled guilty today, but refused to immediately resign his seat in Congress. He faces up to 10 years and $500,000 in fines, though the government has agreed to 27 months and up to $60,000 in fines.

Well, ya know, Ney could STILL ask the Court for leave to withdraw his guilty plea, so even though there's been a finding of guilty, he may not actually be guilty...or something...
