Hmmmmm...I wonder why David Brennan gave Todd so much money. I mean, Brennan doesn't stand to gain any play by paying into Todd's campaign, right? Todd isn't proposing his school policies because of Brennan, right? (pssst...Hey Ohio GOP, this is what you call real pay to play). I think the Dispatch is finally picking up the scent of the real story, let's see how quick they find the meat.
