Mary Taylor to operate from Akron?

Last night the spouse of a current State Auditor employee said that Auditor-elect Mary Taylor plans to run her office from Akron. Anyone else know anything about this?

Do you think just Mary and her admin staff will be located in Akron or are you talking about the entire operation currently at 88 East Broad moving?

but I suspect it could mean Ms. Taylor maintaining a small Akron office where she would perhaps work Mondays and Fridays and then spend Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Columbus. I understand that both Tony Celebreeze and Lee Fisher had a Cleveland office which they used this way. It's hard to believe that the GOP could allow the perception that their "watchdog" was up in Akron while the "dastardly Dems" were looting the treasury!
