Governor to appear with Dann for joint statement at 4:45 p.m.; Dann's resignation announcement expected

You can watch it live at the Ohio Channel.  Other media outlets will likely cover it as well live. The Dispatch is predicting Dann's resignation to be announced.  I'm predicting the Governor will talk about Dann's "mixed record" and mention some of the good things Dann did for Ohio to give him the graceful exit he's been demanding.
