partisan telephone polls require a paid for tag. it's even tighter for federal elections. but, state law is pretty clear (i'll let modernesquire give you the cite -- don't wanna get him too hot today.)

This is my day for robocalls -- just got asked who I was supporting in the AG race -- but they didn't say who was doing the polling, and it was a recording, so I couldn't ask.

Are there any laws on phone surveys? It seems to me that the caller should say who is asking.
