Welcome Back, ODB

Today, over at Ohio Daily Blog, there's an announcement that the reins will be taken over by one Anthony Fossaceca, formerly of Blue Ohioan. He's also put together a team of at least three other contributors and will be refreshing ODB's look and feel.

Speaking of which, I should probably mention how that project to refresh BSB's look and feel is going. As some of you may remember, at one point we were looking to transition BSB over to Soapblox, and got so far as putting up a beta site of BSB on Soapblox. But after 4 months (yes, that's right, 4 months) of waiting for Soapblox to accomplish the relatively simple task of converting the data in BSB to their format, David and I decided to pull the plug. Right now, we are thanking our lucky stars that we did, as Soapblox was hacked within an inch of its life last week.

Instead, David and I are working with the Blog Papa to get BSB transitioned over to a new hosting provider. At that point, we'll be free to conduct our own refresh of BSB's look and feel, and we are planning on sticking with the Drupal CMS in the future.

Anyways, welcome back Ohio Daily Blog!
