VP Dick Cheney will preside over the session that will mark down in the history books once and for all the American people&#39;s damning condemnation of his and W&#39;s administration. The expected tally is 365 electoral votes for President-elect Obama, and 173 electoral votes for Sen. John McCain. The only drama is whether any&quot;faithless&quot; GOP electors will cast a protest vote for their nominee of choice, as happened in 2004, when a Minnesota Democratic elector cast his vote for Sen. John Edwards instead of Sen. John Kerry.</p> <p>Meanwhile, in Columbus, Richard Cordray will be sworn in as Ohio&#39;s Attorney General, and former Columbus City Councilman Kevin Boyce will be sworn in as Ohio Treasurer of State at 1:30 PM today in the statehouse atrium. Gov. Strickland and Lt. Gov.
