Jean Schmidt, Already Mean, Is Getting Desperate

Good old “Mean” Jean Schmidt is up to her dirty tricks again. She’s sent out a somewhat desperate fundraising letter (PDF) in which she attack her opponent, Victoria Wulsin, over her work in a controversial malaria research program.

Wulsin's contempt for the culture of life has even led her to participate in grotesque medical experiments. Wulsin was paid for her work in medical "studies" where victims of AIDS in Africa and China were, without their consent, injected with the malaria virus, all in the name of "scientific inquiry."

Of course, Schmidt doesn’t mention that Wulsin’s involvement in the project consisted of consultant work. She was later fired for claiming the research wasn’t needed.

Besides, a person that calls a 27 year Marine Corp. veteran and Purple Heart recipient a coward on the House floor has no right to take the moral high ground.

If you want to leave it to medical issues, Schmidt still fails. Remember her reaction to Walter Reed? She said it was overblown.

In case you missed the link above, you can download Schmidt’s letter as a PDF here.
