Hillary shows up Monica

Anyone who is leaning towards Hillary Clinton should stop and ask themselves "Do I really want to fight the 90's Clinton scandal saga again? This is not a ballgame. You owe it to yourself and your country to be more than a fan. Hillary will unite the rightwing nutjob republicans like no one else. Hillary is the opponent of choice for the Republican Party. Hillary says she has been tested, and knows how to fight the republican attack machine. Yes she can fight. Sure she was tested but I ask you,"How did it turn out?" Clinton leadership resulted in the republicans winning the White House, the Senate, The House of Representatives, And the Supreme Court. After 8yrs. in power what did the Clintons leave us? Zero! Over 44percent of Americans polled say they will not vote for hillary. That means that the republicans only have to find another 7 percent to embarass us again. Tomorrow you can vote for a great opportunity, or vote to fall into a trap. America is wounded. Lets all rally around and show some love.

someone needs to get this info to the Obama campaign.

And you youngsters need to remember this for when it is shown wrong and maybe you will recognize a dirty trick when you see it.

There is no logic to this. It is a smear on Edwards supporters to think that they are dumb enough to think that this would help Edwards in any way.

This is just like the Muslim smears; if they can knock off a % or 2 of Obama's vote, they think they will win.

Rove was effective because he didn't leave trails of proof.

Clinton has worked harder at hiding after her first crude tactics just got her static.

Idiots, ask yourself who could this possibly benefit?

don't give Clinton/Penn credit

Why is it a ploy? Why would you attribute the actions of Edwards supporters to Clinton/Penn? This could simply be Edwards supporters, believing in Edwards' message, lending support to Edwards because he is on the ballot.

Do you have ANY evidence?

Do you have ANY evidence that this is coming from the Clinton campaign? (No, you don't.)

This is the most ridiculous kind of smear I've seen. Without any evidence, you speculate that this MUST be the work of the Clinton campaign and Mark Penn specifically. Then, based on your own speculative allegation, you convict the Clinton campaign and then condemn them for doing what you have completely conjured up they did.

You should be a judge for the military commissions in Gitmo. You'd fit in there well, judge/jury/executioner.

About the 15% threshold

Remember, it's a 15% threshold in any congressional district, not a 15% threshold state-wide, to earn delegates.
This is a Clinton ploy. She/Penn want to hold down Obama's vote.

No way would Edwards do a stupid thing like this. Some one needs to send it to Edwards and also to the Obama campaign NOW.

Clinton is so low and so desparate. She is hurting herself more than any one ---- except the party.

Ohio Edwards Supporters Phonebanking For...Edwards?

From one of my sources:

"...got a phonebank from john edwards' supporters last night. they are telling people that a vote for edwards will still count and he will get delegates if he pulls 5% in ohio. that would, they say, give him more bargaining power at the convention."

The claim is actually false. Per the Ohio Delegate Selection Plan, candidates need to break a 15% threshold barrier to obtain any delegates on our proportional system. Still, if Johnny E's supporters are still pushing him, it could have an impact on the total vote tally on which the percentages are based. I'd love to hear whether Mark Adams, everyone's favorite Ohio Edwards supporter/blogger knows anything about this one.

UPDATE: Apparently these calls were targeted in central Ohio.
