The Chagrin Valley Times reports that the sleepy little village of Chagrin Falls Ohio, population 4000, has a &quot;new&quot; resident. The Congressman from Concord, Madison and Washington DC has apparently decided to once again pick up stakes and move...and that of all the communities in a seven county area where he could buy a house to run for re-election from...he has chosen Bainbridge Township on the outskirts of Chagrin Falls...MY HOMETOWN!!!!!!. Actually I live in South Russell which adjoins Chagrin and shares the school system. I&#39;ve been here for 22 years and raised 4 kids here...well, I guess one more Republican won&#39;t hurt the home values. Hmmmm. </p><p>Now I don&#39;t mind running against this guy...but the thought of seeing him at breakfast in downtown Chagrin is unsettling at best!!!!
