The judge orders her to hand over the all the polling information to Sykes and allow Sykes to do discovery before going back to court.</p> <p>Yesterday in court, Taylors attorney's agreed that Taylor would not run anymore polls during this election, and consequently Sykes agreed to dismiss the law suit. The Judge retained juristiction over the case incase Taylor renegged.</p> <p>All seems fair enough, right ? Wrong.
