Stuart Rothenberg named Ney the most endangered House incumbent saying he'll "be surprised if Ney hasn��t been indicted by the time Election Day rolls around." Since Zack Space��s primary win, this race has been climbing in the pundit��s weekly ratings. The race is currently rated by the Washington Post's Chris Cillizza as the 4th best chance for a November pick up and 3rd by the House Race Hotline.
