Creating Democratic Newspapers

Since 2004 the Medina County Democratic Action Committee has been publishing a Democratic newspaper called Common Sense. (We know, the name has some negative overtones because of the right-wing organization called Common Sense Ohio, but we were here first.) This newspaper can be seen online at www.mcdac.org and then click on Common Sense in the directory at the left.

We are interested in knowing any other Democratic newspapers are being published by local groups in Ohio. We are also interested in knowing whether anyone is interested in forming a statewide association of such newspapers. Please send information to joycekimbler@medinacountydemocraticactioncommittee.org.
