Bill Todd doesn't know the duties of being Mayor

Or he's hoping that voters don't either.

Bill Todd has released his first (only?) radio ad and it's all about education.  You'd think that Todd was running for Columbus School Board President.

Bill Todd's "solution"?  Essentially bus the children of Columbus to suburban, private, and (shock!) charter schools.

In other words, just as the Columbus City school district is showing improvement, Todd wants to kill the entire district and throw the children of Columbus to Todd's donors (White Hat Management) and the poorly regulated/supervised/managed charter school system.

Of course, Todd takes the opporunity to attack the Mayor for sending his children to Catholic schools, too.

Pathetic.  A massive busing scheme to reward his few political donors is not a plan.  It's old-fashioned corruption.

One wonders where this "civic-minded" attorney was during the whole DeRolph school funding debate. 

Oh wait, that's right he was in charge of a campaign financing funneling machine to falsely attack one of the sitting Supreme Court justices who ruled in favor of a fair and equitable public school funding system!

Bill Todd doesn't give a whit about the children of Columbus.  I'd bet the farm that his two sons didn't attend school in Columbus.  In fact, his only concern about the education system of Columbus is how he can use his political office to steer more business to White Hat Management and reward his political sponsors for their support.

You need to look no further than his "plan" for education and see that it's nothing more than a corporate handout to charter schools who have a rather pathetic track record so far.
