Anti-Abortion Group Loses Another Round To Driehaus

A group trying to place billboard advertisements stating that Rep. Steve Driehaus voted to support taxpayer funded abortions through the healthcare reform bill has lost yet another round.

Federal Judge Timothy Black has ruled against an attempt by Susan B. Anthony List, the group in question, to stop the Ohio Elections Commission from issuing a final ruling on the matter.

The OEC has previously ruled that there was probable cause to continue the case.
