A Fitting Tribute, Indeed....

I had a good chuckle at this one...

SAN FRANCISCO - A measure seeking to commemorate President Bush's years in office by slapping his name on a San Francisco sewage plant has qualified for the November ballot.

The measure certified Thursday would rename the Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant the George W. Bush Sewage Plant.

Supporters say the idea is to commemorate the mess they claim Bush has left behind.

I figure its going to take a good 20 years to repair the damage W has done. Massive increase in our national debt, decimating our armed forces, crumbling infrastructure going unrepaired, weakening dollar, millions of veterans not getting the care they deserve....

Yup. I'd say a sewage treatment plant is a fitting tribute, indeed.
